Compass Corporate Services are proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading provider of elderly care services. Our client is a market leading, family-owned care group operating over 80-homes across the UK with significant expansion plans. They strive to provide the highest quality care within their bespoke homes that are bolstered with exceptional care teams. Together we are searching for an International Compliance Manager to support the international recruitment efforts.

The Role

A process-driven individual, with a thorough understanding of overseas recruitment is required for the role. As International Compliance Manager, you will own the post-interview process for all international recruitment, ensuring the quality, compliance, and integrity of the process. Reporting directly to the Head of International Recruitment, you will work closely to ensure the candidate lifecycle runs smoothly. You will use your organisation skills to support in the streamlining of the interview process. Fully immersed in the sector, you will keep up to date on policy and procedures; nurturing close relationships with external partners that can support in implementing new policies. Beyond this, you will keep up to date records of all international placements within the organisations, utilising your understanding of visas, sponsorships and licenses to keep on top of current staff. Through your experience, you will be able to hit the ground running. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent position.

Location

This is a full-time permanent position, based form the head office in Slough.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven track record in role of a similar nature.
  • Extensive experience working with international recruitment and owning compliance.
  • Understanding of regulations, policies and procedures around international recruitment.
  • Comfortable with on-site model.
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Data/process driven, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable and able to deal with the changing demands of the organisation.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, multi-tasking individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • A clear, confident communicator, who is self-assured in their actions.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb information rapidly.

Interview Process

This is a multi-stage interview process. The first stage will be an initial call and informal discussion with the Recruitment Director. The second stage will consist of a formal, in-person interview with the Recruitment Director and CEO.
