TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR

BASED: Polar Speed Distribution Limited, Site 2, 7 Chartmoor Road, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire LU7 4WG

HOURS: Monday to Friday 0830-1700.

SALARY: £26,760.72 per annum, 40 hours per week

Our dedicated teams play a vital part in our ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of products which are part of the essential healthcare services distribution chain and this is a key role which enables this to happen.

You will be the first point of contact for any email or telephone enquiries.

Any other related administrative tasks as and when required.

Key responsibilities:

Monitor and action planning requests.

Support customs function.

Deal with client and customer emails.

Complete pre defined reports.

Collaborate with line managers and stakeholders.

Work towards and support a culture of continuous improvement and work to make business and department improvements .

Key Skills/Experience/Requirements:

Basic IT skills, MS Office.

Excellent administration skills.

Team player mentality with ability to work on own initiative.

Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.

Must always maintain confidentiality.
