I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing home manager to work for a reputable, family-run care provider across 2 of their nursing homes in Aylesbury.

The homes provide elderly and dementia care for less than 50 residents between them, they have both been rated good in all 5 areas.

As the Registered Manager you will oversee both services, you will be responsible for leading the multi-discipliniary staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. You will be responsible for assisting with the home's recruitment and training as well as the management and assessment of care plans.

Your role will also include audits and budget management and liaising with local authorities, the CQC and the NMC.

For this role it is essential that you have previous experience of managing a nursing home and excellent clinical skills and knowledge as well as experience working alongside local authorities including the CQC

In return you will receive a generous salary of 70,000 per annum
