Are you an experienced Unit Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the private care sector? We're delighted to be recruiting a Residential Care Manager to join a luxury elderly care home in Buckinghamshire.

As a Residential Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential floor within a larger care home. The position is 100% supernumerary and reports directly to the Home Manager, offering a fantastic chance to work in a leadership role within a high end elderly care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth running of the residential care unit
  • Ensure high standards of care planning, medication administration, and auditing
  • Maintain excellent clinical compliance, adhering to CQC guidance
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification
  • Experience in care planning, medication administration, and auditing
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • A passion for providing exceptional care in a luxury setting

Salary:

  • £40,000pa
  • 40hrs a week, 100% supernumerary
  • 5 days a week to include alternative weekends
