About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead and manage a residential home for young people. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality support, building partnerships, and managing a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care and development of young people
- Manage staffing, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with regulations and promote therapeutic support
- Drive a vibrant activity programme to enrich the lives of young residents

Qualifications:
- Level 5 Diploma or working towards it
- Experience managing or deputising in a children’s home
- Strong knowledge of LAC procedures and therapeutic strategies
- Full driving licence
