The Company

An established reputable business who are highly respected in their industry. Working within a regulated environment, you will be providing full admin and secretarial support to the Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer and the wider SLT when required. This is a permanent role which we are looking to fill asap.

The Role

Are you a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant looking for your next challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation.
  • Organising and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Providing hospitality support for client visits and internal meetings.
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Offering full administrative support to senior executives.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

About You

You will need previous experience as a PA/EA/Secretary and/or Senior Administration, supporting senior management.

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience in creating/maintaining accurate reports.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
