You will play a vital role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of fixed assets, supporting investment strategies and driving efficiencies that enhance overall performance. Your Role:
- Act as the key finance business partner for Property Services and Strategic Asset Management, providing expert financial guidance and support.
- Lead on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure informed decision-making.
- Deliver detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive efficiency and value.
- Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance and sustainability initiatives.
- Support investment appraisals and business cases for capital projects, repairs, and compliance strategies.
- Work closely with operational and leadership teams, translating complex financial data into clear, practical insights.
- Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place to maintain accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally in property, housing or utilities
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication to translate financial data for non-finance teams
- A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and problem-solve
- Experience in investment appraisals is a plus
