Your Role:

  • Act as the key finance business partner for Property Services and Strategic Asset Management, providing expert financial guidance and support.
  • Lead on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Deliver detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive efficiency and value.
  • Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance and sustainability initiatives.
  • Support investment appraisals and business cases for capital projects, repairs, and compliance strategies.
  • Work closely with operational and leadership teams, translating complex financial data into clear, practical insights.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place to maintain accuracy and compliance.
