?? The Role
As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in building and leading the finance function to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
?? Key Responsibilities:
?? Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth. ?? Managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. ?? Producing and presenting financial reports to support decision-making at the highest level. ?? Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and best accounting practices. ?? Supporting the implementation of new financial systems and processes to drive efficiency. ?? Leading and developing a finance team to align with the business’s long-term goals.

The ideal candidate will be a Finance Manager who is ambitious, driven, and ready to step up in responsibility.
?? Requirements:
?? A recently acquired accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). ?? Previous experience in a similar financial role. ?? Experience managing or leading a finance team. ?? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. ?? A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to work in a fast-growing business. ?? The ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
