My client is a dynamic, fast-growing FMCG business based in Milton Keynes with an impressive track record of success and employee progression. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager to join their finance team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director with a dotted line to the CFO, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the financial reporting function of this ambitious organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and delivery of management accounts and reporting
Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making
Partner with department heads to optimize performance
Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting
Identify process improvements and drive efficiency
Manage month-end close procedures
Support year-end audit processes

The Candidate

This role represents an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with broad finance experience across audit, accounting, and management accounts. The position is well-suited to candidates who have developed versatile skills and can apply their diverse financial expertise in a commercial environment.

Essential Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Broad experience across audit, accounting, and management accounts
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commercial acumen and business partnering capability
