A well-established business has an exciting opportunity for an Earthworks Supervisor at its project based in Aylesbury. This is a permanent position, offering a salary of up to £47,000 per annum, overtime after 8 hours per day and a lodge allowance of £350 per week if you live over 40 miles from the site. As Earthworks Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Addressing any concerns or conflicts that arise among team members promptly and professionally
Sustaining accurate records of work performed
Coordinating with project managers to ensure completion of tasks and projects
Overseeing the gangs on site an ensure that the work is completed at a high level
Carrying out toolbox talks and assisting with inductions

We’re looking for an Earthworks Supervisor with:

An SSSTS and CSCS Gold Card
An earthworks background – experience on HS2 is beneficial
Experience in the role on similar projects.
Previous experience running gangs
Experience in bulk earthworks and highway-based projects
