Business Development Manager - Entertainment Lighting
Location: Buckinghamshire | Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 DOE

Company OverviewOur client is a leading distributor of entertainment lighting, AV and rigging equipment, supplying some of the most sought-after brands in the industry to the events sector. With a strong reputation for quality and service, they have established a loyal client base and are now looking to expand their team.
Key Responsibilities- Attend client meetings to showcase the range of high-end entertainment lighting products
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to win over potential clients
- Reignite relationships with old accounts and ensure client retention
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Manage and grow existing accounts, exceeding their expectations and needs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events and installations
- Attend relevant trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and showcase the latest product ranges
- Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Competitive salary of £30K - £60K DOE plus bonuses
