Salary: 39,646 PA FTE (Bucks Range 7)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays (TTO+ possible)
Reports to: HR Leadership

The Role:
We are seeking a talented HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle, working closely with both the HR and Finance teams. You will provide professional HR advice and support across various functions, including absence management, recruitment, and compliance with employment law. The role requires travel between sites, so a driving license is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice to managers and staff on all HR-related matters.
  • Manage recruitment, on boarding, absence, and performance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and Trust policies.
  • Collaborate with payroll to maintain accurate workforce information.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Assist in managing HR data and producing relevant reports.
