Join our established team in an office-based role where you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted scopes of work from our network of suppliers. Your key focus will be working closely with local suppliers and clients to agree on the necessary work required to restore properties to their pre-loss condition as efficiently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of suppliers
- Facilitating effective communication between all key stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Validating costs and assessing claim coverage
- Conducting final reconciliation of completed work
- Ensuring service levels and compliance standards are met
- Applying client policies and guidelines to work schedules
- Collaborating with operatives and clients to define and agree on the scope of work
- Ensuring repair schedules are accurate, appropriate, and efficient
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Passion for teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Sharp attention to detail with strong problem-solving and investigative skills
- Previous experience in claims handling, property insurance, or the construction industry is preferred
