This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to work for a company that genuinely cares about their employee’s well-being.

This role is remote with 1 day per month in the office, west of London.

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Advisers and paraplanning team.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Responsible for the client review process
  • Effectively responding to queries from clients and other parties
  • Liaising with clients to arrange meetings
  • Assisting with the creation of suitability letters and reports
  • Complying with the principles of Consumer Duty in all aspects of the Client Services Assistant role

The candidate:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Relevant experience within an IFA / Wealth Management support role
  • Experience with Genovo and external DFMs would be an advantage
