A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Town Planner to join an independent multi-disciplinary consultancy in Buckinghamshire!

This multi-sector Town Planning and Architectural Design Practice specialises in securing planning consents for clients across the UK. The current team advise on developments of all types and scales, from challenging domestic matters to major residential projects.

Job Description

  • Providing full planning services from pre-application advice to land promotion and S106 negotiations.
  • responsible for advising on developments from concept to completion.
  • working on a variety of projects ranging from domestic matters to strategic residential developments.
  • collaborating with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful planning outcomes.
  • Support the wider team and as a mentor to junior planners.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in Town Planning, either at Local Authority Level or Consultancy.
  • Knowledge of planning regulations and policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Relevant degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
