Town Planner

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Town Planner to join a multi-sector Town Planning and Architectural Design Practice in Buckinghamshire.

My client specialises in securing planning consents for clients across the UK, including homeowners, corporate organisations, housing associations, and local business. The current team advise on developments of all types and scales, from challenging domestic matters to major residential projects.

The are now looking to make the addition of an experience Town Planner to advise on a variety of projects ranging from domestic matters to strategic residential developments.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstratable previous experience at Planner level, ideally private sector.
  • MRTPI Chartership or eligible for chartership.
  • Strong knowledge of planning regulations and policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
