Our client is an established, small law firm in the heart of Aylesbury. It offers a premium service to local clients across private client, conveyancing, family and civil litigation.

About The Team:

The Private Client team is the largest at the firm and deals with a varied caseload of private clients matters including Wills and probate, power of attorney, trust & probate claims and tax planning.

Your role will be to assist the Head of Private Client with their caseload. Over time you will be afforded more responsibility as you work towards managing your own caseload. There is plenty of client contact with this role and previous legal assistants are now working in team as paralegals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience of working in a private client department
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop your career
  • Completed the LPC
