What will you do as Head of Supply Chain?

Responsible for managing end to end supply chain operations
Manage UK based warehouse as well European 3PL warehouse
Oversee inbound shipments of stock from suppliers based in Far East
Liaise with suppliers negotiating costs and lead times to increase productivity
Drive operational processes to reduce cost initiatives across the supply chain
Lead a sizeable team within operations, supply chain and warehousing

What do you need as Head of Supply Chain?

Previous experience within a senior supply chain role within FMCG
Must have experience moving stock from far east suppliers into the UK
Proven track record of leading a team and driving efficiency / cost reductions
Ideally from a Start up / SME background and happy to be hands on
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally used Linnworks WMS
Happy to be onsite 5 days a week during probation period
