Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our client’s warehouse operations in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring all staff are trained and comply with safety standards.

- Oversee inventory management, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

- Coordinate and monitor the performance and productivity of the warehouse team.

- Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
