Based in Buckingham/Oxfordshire border, this role is working for a prestigious drinks company. Joining a small team, we are looking for a candidate who can come in at a Supervisor level. Based at the company's distribution hub, this role is integral to the customer order service team and ensuring the deliveries are processed swiftly and in good order.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and assisting warehouse team members in daily operations, including goods receiving, order fulfilment, shipping and logistics, warehouse organisation and maintenance, and supply management.
  • Collaborate with commercial, customer service, logistics and buying teams to ensure smooth daily operations and prompt satisfactory resolution of any issues.
  • Ensure all appropriate documentation and records are maintained using an industry database.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the warehouse, conducting regular safety inspections and address any hazards or concerns promptly
  • Manage fleet of vehicles and security operations.
  • Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accurate stock levels, conducting regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

A certificate in Forklift driving or centre balance equipment is required at this level.
