MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIRED IN AYLESBURY (BUCKINGHAMSHIRE)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a leading business in Aylesbury, the hiring manager is looking for someone who is slightly more electrically biased (60% Electrical) and has a proven Engineering background.
The working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), and the annual salary for this role is paying up to £42,000 per annum (DOE).
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a Service Engineer / Service Technician who doesn't want to travel on the road any more, or for someone who has previous Machine Maintenance experience and can demonstrate experience in both Mechanical & Electrical engineering.
What You Will Do:
- Organise and update in-house systems, keeping tracking systems up to date.
- Assist in setting up machinery and ensure this is running correctly.
- Participate in machinery repairs with the service team, ensuring parts availability for repairs.
- Test and prepare machinery prior to site delivery, as well as refurbishing faulty parts.
What You Will Bring:
- Certified electrical qualifications, such as City & Guilds, complemented by strong electrical and mechanical skills.
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
