An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7-8a Locum Pharmacist to join our team in Aylesbury. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in ensuring safe and effective medication management for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinically validate medication charts and discharge prescriptions, ensuring safety and appropriateness.
  • Accurately check dispensed prescriptions to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
  • Complete medicines reconciliation to ensure accurate medication histories.
  • Review and check Patients Own Drugs (PODs) for safety and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice on medication management to healthcare professionals and patients.
Essential Requirements:
