Senior Technical BPA Analyst - Aylesbury

Responsibilities include :

Support the Head of BPA Transitions with the successful transition of Bulk Purchase Annuity business. • Provide BPA technical services support to all areas of the business. • Liaise with key stakeholders during the implementation cycle to understand requirements, data, processes and systems, and to make recommendations. • Assist with the specification and test process and system enhancements which support the BPA business. • Deliver a range of change requests to the BPA business, including customer output, workflow amends and process changes. • Proactively identify the implications of legislative and regulatory changes impacting on BPA business. • Participation in implementation of legislative, regulatory and amended product requirements including updates to processes, client communications and input to system requirements. • Support knowledge sharing across the team and the development of others as appropriate. • Provide case specific, technical advice and service to internal and external customers. • Comply with standards relating to the provision of technical advice and or documentation, operating within legal, regulatory and company standards
