Procurement Officer

Portfolio Procurement are recruiting on a behalf of a public sector organisation. We are looking for someone who has experience in public sector procurement and knowledge of e-procurement systems.

Main Duties

• Systematic procurement of Goods and Services
• Development of Transparent tendering schedules
• Excellent record keeping
• Developing best practices in relation to procurement

Person Spec

• Awareness of procurement practices and techniques
• IT Skills and communication skills
• Understanding of Public Sector procurement regulations and EU Procurement Law
