A large residential developer who specialise in high specification residential developments have a brand new site selling luxury property in Aylesbury

Day to day duties:

  • Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
  • Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
  • General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
  • Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
  • Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP's
  • Chasing sales leads
  • Responding to enquiries
