Property Programme & Lettings Administrator 

We are looking for an experienced and flexible administrator to join our growing Property Management Department with the potential for involvement across residential, commercial, and historic properties. You will support coordination of property projects programming and delivery, and will also manage the full lettings process from the initial tenant enquiry through to moving-in stage, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient rental process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning: Work closely with the Director of Property to assist in developing project timelines, milestones, and schedules.
  • Coordinate timelines: Ensure that project timelines are adhered to by tracking progress and notifying stakeholders of any delays or changes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Support the Director of Property by serving as the main point of contact between project teams, property owners, contractors, vendors, tenants, and other relevant parties. Provide diary coordination as required.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities: Ensure smooth execution of daily project tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing logistics, and facilitating the procurement of materials.
