- Attending the project board, taking notes and actions, following up actions as required
- Attendance at regular meetings with central Government
- Collating and developing the required procurement documents including the specification, terms and conditions, method statement and pricing forms.
- Manage the development of the Tool with Buckinghamshire College Group – including weekly meetings to track progress and raise any challenges
- Book the launch event including liaising with an external company to host and ensuring payment is completed by 31 March 2025
- Work with the marketing team to book in the future marketing campaign, ensuring all payments are committed by 31 March 2025 with invoices to follow (and tracked) in April.
- Provide regular updates to the Opportunity Bucks Jobs, Employability and Skills Theme.
- Programme management experience including working with internal and external stakeholders, tracking finances and holding performance to account
- Experience of skills and employment programmes – for example Skills Bootcamps, RESTART, Jets, or other local provision which supports individuals to gain skills and enter employment
- Excellent administrative skills including note taking, booking meetings, using online filing structures and responding to enquiries.
- Local authority experience is desirable
- Must be a car driver to attend occasional external meetings
