Due to another period of growth, they are now recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will have lots of autonomy and be responsible for several duties including the planning/coordination of training, carrying out on-site compliance audits, management of the Business Management System (BMS), and chairing project review meetings. This is an office based role with occasional site visits required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance, project coordination, or administration. You will be proactive and relish the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the business. This role would suit someone who wants to work in a growing and dynamic environment where there's an opportunity to bring ideas to the table and make a difference.

The Role:
*Plan and coordinate training for all on-site employees to ensure compliance is met
*Carry out on-site compliance audits
*Organise and chair quarterly safety committee meetings
*Build effective relationships across all levels of the business
*Office-based near Aylesbury, with some site travel when required
The Person:
*Experience in Compliance / Project Coordination / Administration
*Excellent organisation & time management
*Full UK Driving license
*Commutable distance from Aylesbury
