About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed History Teacher for a school in the Aylesbury area. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher who is passionate about inspiring the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and inspiring History lessons across Key Stages 3-5.
Plan and adapt lessons to suit a range of abilities and learning needs.
Monitor, mark, and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Uphold the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies, contributing to a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the department and foster a love for History.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
Experience teaching History at the secondary school level.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Two recent professional references.
A genuine passion for education and student success.
