About the RoleAs a Social Worker, you'll work with children living with relatives, foster families, or in care settings, focusing on building meaningful relationships and championing their potential. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular visits, assessments, and care plan reviews.
- Preparing reports and attending court when required.
- Collaborating with Health Services, CAMHS, IROs, and carers.
- Advocating for children's wishes and needs.
Our team follows the Strengthening Families Framework, a strengths-based, relationship-focused approach to assessments, care plans, and case management.
