Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalised learning plans for children with SEND.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience leading a classroom, ideally with students who have SEN.
Experience working with students who have SEND in a primary school setting.

A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of SEN and SEND.
QTS is not compulsory for this role, but strong experience in classroom management and teaching is essential.
