You will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components according to specifications. You will work with a variety of materials and welding techniques to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Set up welding equipment and select the appropriate materials and techniques for each job.
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Repair and maintain welding equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Welder, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Relevant welding certifications (AWS, ASME, etc.) are a plus.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
