Reed Business Support are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our growing client based in Aylesford, who are seeking a confident and proactive Account Manager to join their friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of key clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries and support
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services where appropriate
  • Monitoring account activity and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
  • Preparing reports, analysing client data and identifying growth opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in account management, customer service or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach and excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
  • IT literate – confident with CRMs, Excel and internal systems
