What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of key clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries and support
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services where appropriate
- Monitoring account activity and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
- Preparing reports, analysing client data and identifying growth opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in account management, customer service or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
- IT literate – confident with CRMs, Excel and internal systems
