Overview
We are seeking an Estimator, The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation and submission of accurate cost estimates.
Duties
- Process sales quotations, tenders and administration
- Liaising with sales/marketing
- Present estimates to management and clients
- Update and maintain an accurate database of historical costs for future reference.
- Dealing with clients via email and on the phone
- proactively develop and project manage all contracts with regard to acknowledgement of enquiry, response deadline, quotation follow up and associated activities.
- Ensure all drawings, correct liaison and procedures are approved
Candidate skills
- Proven experience as an Sales Estimator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of cost control principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Part time 3 days per week Wednesday-Friday

Pay: 16,650.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 per week
