Contract Coordinator

Telent are looking for an addition to the Traffic / Transport team due to an influx of work. Are you a Coordinator, looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience of supporting the delivery of projects and programmes within a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a self-starter and a driven Contract Coordinator to join our team at our Aylesford office - this is an office-based role.

Reporting into the Contract Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing Administrative and Coordination support to our Traffic Engineering team. You will specialise in faults and reactive / planned maintenance works Coordination, scheduling of Engineering tasks, and offer day to day Administration support across various Traffic Engineering related contracts.

Contract Coordinator - What youll do:
• Issuing and assigning faults and works to the field-based Engineers
• Monitor faults and trends
• Liaise with Engineers to issue faults and receive repair details
• Liaise with Third Party companies to schedule and arrange works
• Liaise with Customers and Engineers daily.

Contract Coordinator - Who you are:

As Contract Coordinator, you will have proven experience within a similar role and ideally be familiar with Highways Agency / Traffic / Transport OR Local Authority projects - although, training will be provided. You will also ideally be a strong user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, and be comfortable working in a busy environment.

Key Requirements:
• Will be able to demonstrate a highly professional manner when dealing with clients/customers/Engineers
• Previous experience of scheduling Engineering related tasks or works
• Experience of General Office processes & procedures
• IT skills around Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel are essential.
