The Role

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts department and managing the financial operations of the business. This is a key role within our finance team, where you will have the opportunity to influence the company's future financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee budgets and financial reports.
  • Prepare management accounts and cash flow forecasts.
  • Conduct month-end reporting and business performance stats.
  • Analyse exchange rates and statutory compliance, including VAT.
  • Oversee payroll in conjunction with an external payroll company.
  • Liaise with external accountants for the annual audit.
