Three Bridges Recruitment is currently partnering with a market leader in the FMCG industry to recruit a Finance Manager on a hybrid working basis, based in Maidstone.

JobThe role of Finance Manager will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Being a proactive Finance Business Partner supporting commercial teams
  • Delivering timely, accurate, and relevant financial information and analysis
  • Managing consignment reconciliation and margin analysis
  • Presenting commercial department performance at weekly meetings
  • Developing and challenging budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs
  • Providing Monthly Review Packs and commentary
  • Calculating royalties, rebates, and loan requests
  • Assessing foreign currency requirements
  • Maintaining strong financial controls
  • Supporting project activity and analysis as required by the Head of Finance
  • Ensuring adherence to internal controls, company policies, statutory requirements, and maintaining alignment with SOX framework.

YouAs a Finance Manager, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Skilled in management accounting or financial analysis within FMCG, manufacturing, or traded commodity sectors
  • Qualified Accountant, ideally CIMA
  • Ability to influence non-finance managers and commercial teams
  • A sense of personal ownership, results-driven, with a 'can-do’ attitude
  • Continuous improvement mindset, enthusiasm, and tenacity
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience in process improvement and stakeholder management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
