You will be the key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing accurate quotations, and managing orders from initial request through to completion.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries, establish requirements, and provide accurate quotations within company timescalesPlan customer orders, ensuring specifications and timescales are clearly communicated to both production and the customerGenerate necessary manufacturing paperwork, including works orders, route cards, and despatch sheetsTrack customer orders through to completion, ensuring timely processing and invoicingArrange and manage customer deliveries, providing cover to other relevant departments as neededRequirements1-2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing/engineering industryExcellent communication skills, with experience in phone-based customer interactionProven track record of delivering high-quality customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and ExcelAbility to work accurately under pressure and prioritise workload effectivelyStrong attention to detailHours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30 am-5 pm (with some flexibility on this for the right person)At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
