We are a £100m+ multi-site manufacturer, we are absolute market leaders in our field, we have invested heavily in the engineering functions across our sites, we are now looking for you to become our all-important maintenance team leader at our site in Aylesford.
We are a hardworking, conscientious, passionate group of engineers, with a focus on continuous improvement. It’s absolutely business critical that you are of a similar mindset.
In this role as a maintenance team leader you will be leading the engineering team to maintain and improve the reliability of the process. Utilisation of the engineering team will be crucial as you will need to carry out planned, scheduled and unplanned maintenance. The roles of this job include supporting/advising the engineering co-ordinator in the final planning of the engineering work schedule, technically specifying parts and equipment required and seeking out opportunities to improve efficiencies in engineering.
Experience and Qualification Required
- Apprentice trained or NVQ3/ONC/HNC qualified.
- Strong mechanical or electrical or multi-skill set.
- Operational/manufacturing/technical experience.
- Ability to work with and lead a team.
