We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to ensure this company's operations and products meet both national and international standards. This varied and engaging role is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and established engineering and manufacturing firm.

Role Overview: In this pivotal position, you will maintain compliance throughout the company, adhering to standards such as ISO 9001 and a host of industry specific manufacturing regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold company-wide compliance, manage standards, and supervise prototype testing.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide technical advice and establish a precise certification system.
  • Documentation Oversight: Guarantee the accuracy and accessibility of company documentation.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct audits, create procedures, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Data Management: Oversee data within our system, focusing on precision for configurations and cutting sheets.
  • External Liaison: Represent the company with external entities to maintain and achieve accreditations.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed of industry trends, practices, and regulatory changes that affect our products and procedures.

Candidate Profile:

  • Professional Experience: A thorough understanding of compliance, audit, and certification processes.
  • Certifications: and understanding of Industry qualifications like NEBOSH is beneficial.
  • Analytical Abilities: Robust problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.
