Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: South Ayrshire
Contract Details: Full Time, M-F, 8am - 5pm
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Knowledge of working with an ERP system for order processing would be an advantage but not essential.
- Record all relevant market information into CRM
Essential
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual
