About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff development. Working alongside the Home Manager, you'll lead by example, support the nursing team, and drive continuous service improvements.

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
