Seeking a highly competent Production Shift Supervisor for a pivotal role in our Manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production supervision within a manufacturing site and be capable of leading a team.

Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team.
Ensure operations are in line with safety and quality standards.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Provide training and support to team members.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the shift.
Report on shift outcomes to senior management.

Profile

A successful Production Shift Supervisor should have:

A proven background in the production supervision ideally from a mid to heavy manufacturing environment
Experience in a leadership role within a Manufacturing department.
Demonstrable skills in managing a production team.
The ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Happy with shift work,

Dayshift - 7am - 3:15pm

Backshift - 3pm - 11:15pm (on a weekly rotation, Monday - Friday)
