Plasterer

Our Client in North Tyneside are looking to add a Plasterer to their team. You will be based in the Tyne and Wear area working as a Maintenance Plasterer on domestic and social housing works.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday - Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
17 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
• Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work.
• Delivering the highest quality Patching and Skimming work, rendering for internal and external walls and Multi finish work.
• Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Time served or NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plastering.
• Experience within similar roles
• Full UK Driving License
