Our Client in North Tyneside is seeking a Plasterer to join their team.
The position involves working as a Maintenance Plasterer on domestic and social housing projects in the Tyne and Wear area.
The pay rate for this role is £17 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
Candidates must have time served or an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plastering and relevant experience in similar roles.
A full UK Driving License is also required for this position.

You will be based in the Tyne and Wear area working as a Maintenance Plasterer on domestic and social housing works.The Working Hours will be:Monday - Friday08:00-16:00The Pay Rate will be:£17 per hourResponsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work.
Delivering the highest quality Patching and Skimming work, rendering for internal and external walls and Multi finish work.
Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Time served or NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plastering.
Experience within similar roles
Full UK Driving License
