About the Company:We are a well-established engineering company based in Bacup, with a strong reputation for quality and reliability across a range of precision-engineered products. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Skilled Press Brake Setter/Operator to join our experienced team.

The Role:We're seeking an experienced individual to set and operate an Amada Press Brake machine to produce components to high standards of accuracy and quality. You'll play a key role in our production team, working with a variety of materials and thicknesses in a busy and supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate Amada press brake machinery

• Interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances

• Ensure quality checks are carried out throughout the production process

• Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues

• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area

• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience setting and operating Amada Press Brake machines

• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
