Their facility in Bacup, Lancashire, is the heart of the operation, featuring three latex foam coating lines and specialist flame lamination capabilities. The Role
Our client is looking for a skilled Accounts and Payroll Specialist to join their small, family-run business. With over a century of expertise, they pride themselves on quality and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts using Sage software, ensuring accurate and efficient financial records
- Process payroll, with Superpay experience preferred (training on Superpay provided if needed)
- Support importing procedures by using CDS software (training provided)
- Collaborate with the team to support additional administrative and accounting duties as needed

The Ideal Candidate:
A seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in Sage accounts and payroll software, ideally Superpay. They’re looking for someone detail-orientated, flexible, and eager to learn additional tasks over time. About you:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with Sage software
- Proficiency in payroll processing (Superpay preferred, but not essential)
- Familiarity with import procedures, or willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational skills and adaptability
- Resides within 8 miles of Bacup, Lancashire
