Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for recruitment and employee engagement? We're seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to join our team in Daventry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our growing organization.

About the Role:

As an HR Advisor focusing on recruitment, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, advising on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent. Your role will involve working closely with hiring managers, assisting with interview techniques, crafting compelling job descriptions, and managing the onboarding process. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining and updating HR policies, ensuring they align with current legislation.

You will also be a key player in managing employee relations, performance management, and contributing to company-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including advising line managers and coordinating successful appointments.
  • Manage the recruitment inbox, responding promptly to queries.
  • Train hiring managers on effective interview evaluation techniques.
  • Assist with developing and executing recruitment campaigns.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as turnover and retention rates.
  • Advise on and manage employee relations, ensuring policies are consistent and up to date.
  • Support the Head of HR with investigations, appraisals, and salary reviews.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in advising and working with senior staff.
