Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum
Location: Dual location of Reading and Bagshot
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive paid media planning and optimisation and agency partners
- Actively identify growth opportunities on new paid channels
- Oversee the production on creative content and campaigns
- Manage the day-to-day operations of affiliate programmes ensuring coherence on company policies and branding
- Analyse performance metrics to highlight areas for continuous improvement
- Weekly and monthly reporting to dive into data and present to internal stakeholders
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance our digital marketing efforts
Skills and Experience:
- Media strategy experience within a direct-to-consumer environment
- Digital marketing expertise including paid social, UX and multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to oversee multiple projects at one time
- Experience reporting to board level
