Fleet Administrator

Location: Bagshot, SurreySalary: £28,000 - £32,000 Dependant on Experience

Are you ready to join a dynamic and growing team? We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet and Asset Team at our Head Office in Bagshot, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to internal teams and handle queries related to vehicles and machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with fleet regulations and company policies.
  • Organise vehicle requirements and manage new starters and leavers.
  • Update fleet management system with relevant information.
  • Process fleet invoices and liaise with suppliers.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and fleet management systems is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Full driving licence required.
